John tan was great. really informative about council setbacks. he didn't have sales persona just no-nonsense. cant speak for the actual building process though.
If I could give minus stars I would. Terrible company. Over 2 years to complete build, multiple non-compliance, no communication, make legal threats for payment, tell lies. Left with $35k of rectification. Please choose anyone else, it will be cheaper, quicker and save your sanity!
I went to Beechwood Homes at Marsden Park to look at their display homes. I was welcomed by Anthony and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He is a true gentleman and very knowledgeable. Thank you for taking the time to walk my husband and I through the display homes and discuss all the inclusions, designs and flexibility to help us customise how we would like our dream home!
A big shout out to the the whole Beechwood Homes Customer Service Team, especially to Daniella Sgro; she handled my warranty case from start to finish in the most professional way and to Robbie for the excellent repair work. Well done to all.
