Place looks nice. Staff poor. Large turnover rate. Offer CNA training with limited quality applicants.Poor HR Department. Very biased on staff issues. Management worries more about their pedicures than care. Worked there for 20 years and just had to leave. Can 't forget Halloween show for AM Buffalo is more important than resident care.
Stayed for 2.5 weeks after double knee replacement and the care, attention, expertise, and friendliness were amazing. Aside from my care, observing the patience and compassion shown to residents with much more serious issues demonstrated how completely deducted to recovery and comfort the staff and facility was.
