Today I said my final goodbye to my fur baby. She was my everything. The staff made me feel like it was ok to be sad and ok to grieve her. They were so comforting. They made this time so much more easier then I could have imagined it would have been. Thank you to all you amazing ladies for that!
My Pet came down with Kennel Cough, my regular vet was closed. Dr Nightingale was kind enough to see her and prescribed meds. Very kind and loving to my girl. The front staff and tech were also very friendly. Thank you all !!
I wish I were writing a different review, but my recent experience with my cat, Gizmo, was extremely distressing and has left me with serious concerns that have been thrown back in my face by this clinic. Gizmo, our male cat, was brought in with urinary symptoms and a known history of urinary issues (having similar issues in the same month). My partner was told that he didn't appear to be in pain (which the clinic is now disputing was said) and with the very minimal assessment that was done, that we should just monitor him. ... read more
I'm so happy with my experience with this animal hospital. I recently moved and its been hard to find an exotic vet I feel comfortable with. The price for the exam and tooth trimming were very fair and around what I was used to. On top of that, Dr. Marie-Andrée Poulin was amazing and has a lot of knowledge about rats! The entire team was patient with me and responded to my endless questions with great detail and care. Thank you!
