Love love love Beechtree! Been here 5 years and plan to stay
When my wife and I decided to sell our home and move to Calvert County, apartment options were limited. My wife, myself and our two dogs lived here for one year. It has been the best apartment experience ever despite my wife and I having lived at all corners of the US. The management is fantastic and very sweet. Anytime we have a service request, it gets addressed promptly and professionally. Dave and Mike are awesome. Kathy and Maggie are so sweet and helpful! I have had a wonderful experience living at Beechtree apartments. The office staff have been wonderful and always ready to assist if I have an issue and always are courteous. We have great conversations. The maintenance staff are prompt and respectful to my family and my apartment whenever we call or they have routine maintenance to do. Beechtree has been a great place to live for us.
