I am a new resident. I have been very impressed by all of the staff here so far. Alexandria and Erica in the office have been so helpful with everything. Andrew and Caleb from maintenance have been on top of all of our needs very quickly and efficiently taken care of the issue. Site is very clean and quiet. We are so impressed so far!
My husband and I lived in the leasing building for almost 3 years and although the amenities you pay for are great the management office and maintenance staff show preferences for tenants and accommodate tenants they like. The maintenance staff is responsive however they’re in your personal business and don’t always care to help if they don’t like you. I had an issue with the washer machine for months, it was addressed 3-4 times by Andrew (be careful - he is a gossiper) and he would not let Kathy (manager) or Mike (superviso... read more
