Well managed building in a great location. Good amenities, views, neighbours. An easy walk to uptown, Waterloo Park, Rec Centre and shopping like T&T grocery store. Unique suites all have sun rooms with a wide view of the city.
Sky high management fees but you’re treated like a prisoner by the racist megalomaniac building manager for existing. Gives you anxiety while living in your own home.
4 hours of fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and we are waiting for a technician from Hamilton to come and reset it. It was a psychological torture. Saying sorry can not erase the experience

Have never been mistreated or harassed more in my life than on my very first day of moving in here. The only employee here with any sense of kindness is the super intendant. The board of directors is full of power hungry hostile people and the property manager is also someone who will treat you very poorly. Do not move here.
