dont do it there are other landlords out there but this place has really gone ..down hill . 1 updated unit in the whole complex they will not fix anything but they fix the owners house first dont waste your money most last maybe a quick 3 months, but this is not the place to stay forever thats why people leave because they don't do what need to be done and a healthy living space is very important
I lived there for 4 years, not one negative thing to say about the place, management or maintenance staff! Kindest people too live around! Bruce, Becky, Joe and Sarah who I had the pleasure of meeting before relocating to nyc! Miss them dearly.
