Treated like family. What’s really nice is everyone that works there is very happy. Several I’ve talked to have been there for years. Took great care of my car and answered any questions I had and were adamant about reaching out if I had any other questions. I like a company that doesn’t make you feel like you’re there for a sale and then they drop the niceness. So far so good with great treatment all the way around! I drive 40 miles from home to go to Beechmont Subaru.
Came in for oil change and tire rotation service rep was very informative I also liked the video of the actual inspection overall well pleased
Staff were professional and friendly. I went in for 120,000 mile maintenance appointment. I went in with a full set of lug nuts on my wheels and it was returned to me with a missing lug nut on the passenger front wheel. This is a SAFETY ISSUE. No one talked to me about this. I was pleased with the other services.
