Dropped a front tire off to be changed. When I picked it up, the next business day, I was told they threw away my “old” tire. A Continental TKC80 with 800mi on it. Had 90% tread left. Also gave me a tube back that definitely didn’t come off my bike. Poor business practice to get rid of a customers property without their permission. I will never go back!

I have dealt with this company from the beginning of its time. Actually started when it was Moto-East. My opinion is there’s no better place to shop. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Pricing is on track and service is excellent. This is my go to place and should be yours as well.
I’ve dealt with these people on several occasions in the last year and a half. I’ve found the parts people to be knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I needed a new battery the other day and Jennifer walked me through the process step by step. She gave me a couple of options and I got exactly what I wanted. Thanks again for a pleasant buying experience.
