IF YOU DECIDE TO PURCHASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK. I had an issue with paperwork and called dealership. Spoke with 3 different people before getting to Koko ( owners wife). She was rude and hung up on me. Then called back. I explained if they can’t get the right paperwork to title the bike I would return the bike. She then offered to drive to KY to fix paperwork. RecommendedI've bought 4 bikes from them in the past couple of months. Joel in sales did a great job on all 4 bikes. Alex in parts got me all the right accessories and helmets and recommended some great tires for my FJR. Mike the mechanic can fix anything and is quick. Hit a couple snags through the process and Tom was right there to handle everything. Great business and a great group of guys that seriously know their stuff. Two months and never called me back. I went down there five times and my wife went once. You tell me how I should feel. Also a friend of mine went in there. Same thing. Really! Completely disrespectful. I don’t recommend doing business with people that act that way period.
Dropped off my yxz for warranty work and an synthetic oil change, asked bj to fix the left rear tire while they were working on it, they called me a few days later said it was ready, it was $192 bucks, when I pulled up it was outside with the keys in it, and the left rear tire was flat, I told bj about it when I walked inside he told me they cleaned the bead and that I probably needed a new tire and that I should put slime in it, I paid and put it on the trailer, I noticed that they didn’t grease any fittings, I walked back ... read more

This place is a joke!!!!!!!!! Sold my 2018 YZ 250 to them almost a month ago and they still haven’t paid it off!!! I’m now getting calls from Yamaha finance and they are reporting late on my credit! Every time I call the owner Tom he gives me the run around and says he will call me back! I’m now going to have to get an attorney involved! Do not sell or do business with this place!!!!! Beware!!!!
