We were charged $189 per hour. Absurd. And he said he needed to ‘trim’ a tree. I asked if he needed us to take care of it and he said it wasn’t a problem then he proceeded to rip like a third of the branches off.

From the 28 second phone call I just had with Chuck, I would advise to never use this company, EVER. He was extremely rude and suggested I was wasting his time before I even had the chance to explain what I was looking for. Would give him 0 stars if I could. How embarrassing.
