Called them at 8 am to get appointment, 12 caller in line, waited 8 minutes in to be told that I need to call them at 8 am to get appointment and now they are full at 8:08 am. They not asked about symptoms or whatever, just an info that they are full and disconnected the call.
Terrible . More practise management and no doctors.
Doctors helpful, call qué full at 8.01 after I wait for the 2 minute voicemail
Receptionists are very rude.
