I have recently moved back to Wrexham and registered at Beechley Surgery for the first time. I have experienced two reception staff in person plus one over the phone all of which were professional and efficient. Today I made an appointment to see a doctor, he was very professional, he made me feel listened to and I felt like he cared for my wellbeing. Called today at 8. Second in the queue. No appointments available. Last week was the same. The doctors are very good once you get to see them tho
Called them at 8 am to get appointment, 12 caller in line, waited 8 minutes in to be told that I need to call them at 8 am to get appointment and now they are full at 8:08 am. They not asked about symptoms or whatever, just an info that they are full and disconnected the call.
Terrible . More practise management and no doctors.
