Punctual appointment and very helpful staff.
Honestly terrible visit to the Surgery today. I turned up 10 minutes early and left 30 minutes later un-seen! Wait upstairs for room 5, then without knowing it changes to room 4 downstairs. "she did call you twice" no you haven't "oh she's downstairs in room 4 now" Reception staff didn't seem to want to be interrupted, whilst waiting they had 2 disgruntled gents complaining of there service. Great service. Out before even my appointment time and seen by very courteous staff.
Was quite anxious for today's app but Dr karn was really good.Explained What's happening with my diagnosis.He made me feel at ease and confident I'm doing ok. Thank you to everyone again at the practice,your all lovely,, caring and helpful at all time's
