I attended for minor surgery and after a long wait (40 mins) everything was perfect and I couldn't have hoped for better. The doctor explained the procedure and what was going to happen. I was well looked after throughout. If I have to have another procedure I would definitely choose them again.
Now you need the Internet to make a doctors appointment, who wants to be filling out a form for the 1st time when they are in pain and need to see a doc!!! NHS is a total disgrace!!
