Excellent service! Very clean office and extremely friendly staff.
I had I very poor experience with the dental hygienist today. He did not give me water and the air until I asked for it. He kept on telling me facts and would not let me talk. He was new I think and I got weird vibes from him. He kept calling me friend so I was uncomfortable with that. Then he said if I don’t start flossing better then I can have stroke, heart disease… I am only 24. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have never experienced such misconduct at a place of business in all of my life! I’ve had to go back for persistent pinching and pain on my crown and it feels bulky. I kindly tell them the problems I’m having and the DENTIST ASSISTANT goes in a room next to me and says that she’s dealing with a patient who acts like he’s 90 and she’s about to fall asleep doing the work on them and kept laughing and talking about me loud enough for me to hear in a condescending tone TO A PATIENT.
