They built multiple homes near us and we had lots of issues with them. Joe was the manager and he never called back, blew our concerns off ND lied. I would ne alarmed if the are building in your area. And some of the homes they built there was some very shoddy work done example. Bases were not even put under some of the support beams for the decks on which families go on to. The Village gave them multiple variances because they said they weren't going to make enough money otherwise compromising the safety and the common good... read more
