I have been with this surgery for over 2 years now and I am very pleased with them they have a lovely team so polite and friendly and helpful, I was in Birmingham before I came to walsall the surgery I was with is no match to beechdale.
Never any problems here... Receptionists have always been great and always pleasant to myself and my wife. My new GP is Dr. Kasliwal and have to say he is on the ball with getting back to you to discuss different treatments or referals..
This surgery is the most worst surgery I have ever seen. The receptionists are so useless. If you called them for anything, they will only tell you someone will get back to you the following day but no it’s a big lie. They don’t have the interest of kids at heart which is wrong
