Have taken my cars to Beech over the past 12 years for things like snow tire changes to serious concerns. They always did quality work; mentioned what else should be considered either immediately or over the next few months time. A transmission incident was of special concern. First class friendly service as always.
Walked in to another customer in a screaming match with the manager but did not think much of it. Booked an oil change and was never asked if I wanted a free inspection. When they finished my oil change they told me I needed rear breaks. I said not to worry as I already have that scheduled in elsewhere. The mechanic completely attacked me asking me why I didn’t do oil change at the other place too.
