The nurse for Dr Burks was very rude , disrespectful and very unprofessional when my daughter carried my grandson there to fix a cavity today 9/15/2026. First off they said he will need to sedate him for the procedure and called him back before the sedation had time to take affect. The nurse actually laughed in my daughters face and said he was just to much to handle . We have just left the doctors office basically traumatized by your nurse assistant from her rudeness,agressive and just hateful. I didn’t ask for him to be held down or anything like that, but I did ask for at least patience and that’s not what I was given. I can’t help that whoever the nurse assistant was wanted to just rush, but that’s just not how it works for every kid and especially doesn’t work for an autistic kid I mean and this is my honest opinion if your dentist or nurses cannot handle autistic kids then you really... read more
The dental assistant was nasty, useless, and rude to a six year old child if they can’t hire people who are good with children they shouldn’t be open terrible don’t bring your kids here
