Initially I had some ill feelings towards the storage place. However, I realized it was due to other factors having already influencing my day and that caused me to be biased to the business and service given to me. Furthermore, I was in an accident and couldn't make the 24 hour clean out deadline for auctioned units..I contacted the facility and informed of the situation. This is a terrible facility to rent a storage unit from. No one ever answers the phone, there is no front desk to go to to speak with someone. Only online and there is no way to cancel your account in the online portal. They will continue to charge you after you have ended your rent agreement. The grass is hardly ever cut. The storage units some of them look like they have been vandalized. And no one ever ever answers or returns your phone call!! So all renters beware beware beware!!!

I give Beech Island Self Storage one star. My unit was vandalized and the worker that spoke with named Jennifer told me that my property wasn't of any value for someone to take the lock off my unit and steal my property. I've used them before in the past and I never had a problem until today (5/1/2023). Jennifer was very condescending and disrespectful. I won't use them ever again or make anymore referrals for friends and family to used them.
