In response to a recent reviewers post. It is true that you have to be a low maintenance type of person who has to be able to roll with the punches. However, the part about having to "climb the stairs" indicates that they are probably on the upper floor. The upper units are a better quality of life compared to the lower units. The attorney who handled our purchase said, "this will not be your final resting place." That was 30 years ago, and it will be our final resting place, even though we will climb stairs. Let's face it, you can't touch a private home today. These apartments hold their value--but you have to know the price max. The reason is the schools.
