It’s Jan 5, 2022. I just saw a Chinese grandma slip and fall outside in the rain/cold all the way to the ground/sidewalk. Later, my wife fell all the way to the ground too when taking my son to school. She has had back surgery in the past. Not a single maintenance worker putting down salt/sand. Did just see two different maintenance workers come past and do nothing. I left a vm for them, but I doubt they even check it.
Ugh. I can't believe I moved here. Now don't get me wrong, the neighborhood is lovely and the price for the size of the unit was worth it. There are quiet streets, neighbors are lovely, ample parking, multiple food stores within walking distance, and one of the best school districts in Queens but, double ugh! The management/ maintenance office team is terrible. The Co-Op super is a superb guy, so he and his crew must know that they are excluded from this review.
