I called this place, never used them before, to get service on a washing machine. Wanted me to pay 59.99 over the phone to set an appointment. I reluctantly did that but about an hour later got a call from them wanting to change the appointment to a day later than agreed. I told them to cancel it and I have to wait three days for the charge to come off my card. Lesson learned as this is very out of the ordinary to have you pay by phone before they even come out.

This so called business is a REFERRAL SERVICE. They sent out two (2) unqualified service men who knew nothing of a simple repair. They pulled our stack washer and dryer unit outside to drain, scratching our door. I found out later from another appliance repair service that the unit did not need to be laid down to drain. They installed a pump but forgot to put the washer back on which caused a leak. They broke another part by putting unit on the side. Reversed water lines when reconnecting.
