This is the worst organization ever existed. I have been trying to get in contact with this company on the abuse and a neglect that my husband is going through at one of their facilities and Rialto California. These people do not care about their facilities is all about the dollar sign with them. My nonprofit organization served as a vendor for Beecan facilities in 2023 and 2024. We provided subsidized live music for isolated Long Term Care residents and worked diligently with this company to create proper channels of billing and partnership. After promising prompt resolution of unpaid invoices, Beecan has since refused to continue communication with us and left us with thousands of dollars unpaid. If you are Black/African American, STAY very far from this company….you will and I repeat you will face racist a LOT in this company, and if you dare to complain about it and bring it up to management, guess what they will do? FIRE you like they fired me for reporting racism and discrimination…..
A company that values human dignity and cares beyond the medical chart.
This company is really awful.. sad that there's no 401k for employees and the fact that now there's been some major issue with one of the health insurance options they have so those of us who are using the insurance and not kaiser are all screwed over
