Never had a problem dealing with them. We bought a new Zero turn mower from them. They helped us with paperwork
Poor customer service, rude. Had Mower for 5+ weeks yet never ever part when assured only 3 weeks to repair. I chose to no longer wait and picked Mower up and neither man or woman spoke and seemed noticeably annoyed I was picking up my Mower that they had promised for 4 weeks to order part and fix. Will NEVER recommend or use.
I agree with Ben A. They r horrible! I miss the other owner he actually cared about customers. The "kid" behind the counter doesnt care about anything but money. We have had to take a chainsaw back 4 times now....they dont know what they r doing they are inexperienced and hateful. I would not take a pair of yard clippers there to be sharpened they wouldnt be able to get it right....Ii have never seen such an un grateful unprofessional work ethic in my life.... the only reason why they get 1 star is because thr rating wont go... read more
Tried to do business with them. They had a used rider that I was interested in but hadn’t gone through the shop yet. I waited patiently, for over two weeks, for it to be ready. I have a rider that I wanted to trade and the young lady behind the counter told me a couple of times over the two weeks that they would have to come out and look at my mower and see what we could do on a deal.
