Our experience in the ER was extremely distressing due to the care provided by RN Bridget. She showed no bedside manner, did not speak to or comfort my 1-year-old at any point, and was very rough while attempting to place an IV. She caused two hematomas in my son’s arm and repeatedly attempted to access a vein, including almost sticking his hand until she finally found one. Had to be the worst doctor. He had the worst bedside manner. I'm still thinking about calling CMS and the healthcare administration. He was so rude to my mother
Thankfully on the day we went there were no other patients and my husband was seem immediately. He was experiencing stomach pain - they did a CT scan and found out he had a ruptured appendix. Everyone there was amazing, and the care was the best we've experienced in a very long time. Hopefully you won't need to go to an ER, but if you do, I believe you'll be in good hands here.
The ER n the staff n doctors n nurses were amazeing they kept me informed n gave me every test that they could n came up with my results pretty fast as so many other ER,S u wait so many hours to get half the results as they did in a couple of hours n they were very cateing n concerned about me n my condition i would them 10 stars out of 5 if u need to go to the ER thats where u wana go u want a ER that gives their all thank u for treating me
The tall, male, ginger ED doc is a nightmare. He mansplains everything like you’re a complete imbecile and won’t listen to anything you say. He’s in and out within a couple minutes. Every time that I’ve had him he mansplains, blows me off, and discharges me without any help, but then when I go elsewhere, it turns out that I did have a serious medical condition and that I was right for repeatedly telling him that something was wrong.
