I am currently undergoing treatment here. The staff has all been amazing to me and have handled my treatment with not only expertise, but legitimate care for my well being. Thanks to everyone at South Coastal for making this chaotic segment of my life a little more palatable.
This is supposed to be a medical facility and yet it is impossible to get someone to pick up the phone. I tried several times over the course of two days and finally realized that I need to go elsewhere for care. I also didn’t have any level of comfort with the medical staff. I received no indication as to what is causing my symptoms, only treatment for the symptoms. When it comes to health care it’s imperative to not only contact them but to have confidence in the medical staff.
