Tried calling the office today to schedule appts to get vaccines. Should have been a simple call. Waited on hold for almost an hour - I almost finished cleaning the kitchen while I was waiting. Third time this practice has kept me waiting in the treatment room for over 45 minutes. No respect for patient's time or the fact I took a half day for a 9:15 appointment. Was seen quickly by the intake and pre-appointment people but was left waiting in the treatment room for 50 minutes with NO explanation...Dr. Sharman is lovely but I am forced to find a new PCP as my time is valuable too.
I have been trying to reach someone to no avail over the phone to request a prescription refill. The hold times are unreal, and there is a strong possibility the call gets disconnected after waiting for an extended period of time. So frustrating. I've tried this morning, it said there are 9 callers ahead of me. I've tried later, same 9 callers. I've called a different Beebe location number, there were 3 callers ahead of me.
