Let me start by saying that I RARELY write reviews. But this situation was SO FRUSTRATING that I had to say something. My brother’s primary care nurse practitioner is at the Beebe Primary Care Five Points in Lewes DE office. He has ALWAYS HAD A PROBLEM getting someone to answer the phone just to make an appointment. I called there to notify the NP of his death on Nov 9. For the last 11 days I have called many times trying to get a return call after leaving my name, phone number……..NO RETURN CALL & NOT ONCE did a person pick ... read more
