Just finished up my total knee replacement PT….. great staff and a very comfortable and clean facility.
I have very high regard for the PTs at Bebee in Millville. I've been there on 2 different occasions for different things. Both Adam and Jenna have been great. I love that I had one on one the entire time I was there. They knew exactly what I needed and even researched different things that would best suit my injury. I can't say enough about them and the front desk staff. They even provide a ride on certain days should you need it. I called to find out if they accepted my insurance. The woman answered said that she would have to register me first. Then she would call the insurance company. She said that she would probably be on hold a long time but she would call me back. I felt that this was too much bother for her and told her that. Her reply was ok and hung up.I guess they don’t need new patients or staff that are trained in customer service!
I just completed 3 months (twice per week) of physical therapy for lower back issues. My physical therapist was Travis who was absolutely outstanding. Travis was knowledgeable, experienced, patient, professional, and compassionate. He really cared about providing the most effective and comprehensive therapy. A most excellent and professional group of therapists. Caring and understanding. Really helped me get back on my feet. I had one conflict in scheduling that came up suddenly and they were able to work around that. My only complaint and it wasn’t their fault….Beebe needs to get over themselves and ditch the masks.
