Staff was totally dismissive! After fasting for routine bloodwork, I was told the fax from my doctor never came through. I called my doctor and they wouldn't even bother to check the fax machine. After continually asking her to check i finally gave up and went home. Theresa was the person I dealt with. Very nasty for no reason.
Perfect! Very happy with the service here.
New Long Neck facility is beautiful but slower than slow and lack staff. Walked in (no appt) for lab at 7:30 am and people were sitting there since 6am. I left. Drove to Beebe Millsboro and walked right in. 5 min wait. Great service. Their clinic is better in Millsboro. Not as nice as Long Neck. But so much better service.
They were quick and incredibly kind
Appalling. I don't know that I've ever seen a more inept front desk staff.
