Wait time was minimal. Staff was incredibly friendly. Blood draw itself was pain-free. Results were posted to the portal the same day :)

You have to check-in twice, which makes no sense. At the second check-in, I was told my lab order had expired, and they sent me packing. My physician had issued multiple lab orders to save time and money, and a clerk was allowed to blow-up any savings. Incredibile.

First and last visit here. I made an appointment and checked in with my paperwork and arrived early as requested. Then waited an hour for them to tell me my paperwork was expired. I went across the street to Lab Corp and was in and out no problem.

It is always great to be greeted by Tish. I look forward to seeing her during my yearly visit. Yesterday I came and waited close to 2 1/2 hours before I had to leave. I understand that sometimes life happens. If you’re reading this and upset because you were made to wait longer, please understand that things happen and unfortunately situations sometimes are out of our control. My niece dropped off a urine specimen for my mother in law on Saturday early in the morning. They confirmed the order received from the doctor, confirmed the patient's name and dob. That was a Stat order. It's now Monday, her doctor have not received the result. They called and was told she has no current registration for any lab services. So the urine and doctor's order vanised into thin air. You call them and you get passed around to different departments with the same answer and even get a nasty staff.
