If you are planning on waiting for lab work, give yourself enough time. I got there at 6 am as soon as they opened, and there were 4 people ahead of me. At 645am, still waiting to be called in, they tell me there are still 4 people ahead of me. How are there so many people ahead of me still? Meanwhile, saw people checking in after me and being called in before me. POOR TO TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
went in today to get some labs. It was 1:30 and I was told by the lady at the desk that they were not taking anymore patients because they met their quota for the day. PUT THAT ON YOUR DAMN WEBSITE. BEEBE IS THE MOST HORRIBLE
Ally the phlebotomist and the woman who was working today at registration booth #3 were both so friendly. They made an hour wait not feel too terrible because you interacted with very pleasant people. They did not let the busy morning today damper their mood. Appreciate their positive attitudes during my visit today.
Going on 2 hour wait for blood work. Millsboro lab I was always always in and out in about 15 min.
