The scheduling department here is non existent. I’ve called multiple times waiting 10 minutes on the phone for no one to pick up. It’s absolutely ridiculous. When I was about to be connected to someone they hung up the phone and didn’t try to call back. I’ve never had a problem with any other lab express but except this one and of course I can only get the lab test done here which is also ridiculous.
I be been going to Beebe Hospital for my lab tests for years. The service has always been efficient, competent and friendly.
Friendly staff and clean facilities. FYI the express lab is situated inside the hospital, not the address given here.
