Beebe consistently over bill patients before filing with their insurance. They then fight patients over refunding their money and send them to one person and the next and so on. This has happened more than once to me. They MAKE you pay before even submitting to the insurance company. This is fraud. They are charging you money that you don’t owe. March 17,2026 l went to get blood work and the phlebotomist did NOT open a NEW PKG to put together instead she used a direct syringe system that was in the top drawer that l saw as she opened it , that fast that unit was in my left arm to draw blood !! I subsequently now have to have 6 months of HIV and HEPATITIS C testing ! I am a mom a Grandmother and Great Grandmother , l am beyond DEVASTED ! Billing is a nightmare!! I’ve been trying for 2 months to get them to submit my imaging claim to the right insurance company. They keep picking the wrong BCBS. I’ve spoken with several customer service representatives who all tell me different things. The patient advocate talked to me twice then stopped calling. Every on says it’s been escalated but nothing changes. I’m desperate for someone to me!
