For two days, I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a mammogram. The automated system will not work in several ways. I have been disconnected (every time) at different times throughout this antiquated system. At one point, a representative answered the line, and her voice was so garbled I couldn't understand what she was saying. At that point, the call jumped to a survey, which I'm sure they will not like my opinion about their inability to service the public.
Technicians very friendly, calm and helpful. Support staff non-caring, unenthusiastic, can’t be bothered and untrained.
Horrible customer service. My appointment was at 7 a.m., and they asked me to arrive 20 minutes early for paperwork. It took them 40 minutes just to call me to the booth for a signature, and then another 15 minutes before the technician called me for the procedure. Unprofessional and no punctuality at all.
