Have been sitting over an hour for chest xray. Went to desk and they did not see him registered even though he had a name tag on his arm. Of course didn't say what happened but they screwed up. Had bloodwork done prior. The results of blood test have already come in. At least apologize for making a mistake. My husband just had bypass and we have been at the hospital going on 2 1/2 hours. We have been visiting Beebe since Oct 30. My husband spent 13 days in ICU. All we keep hearing about is the new Epic My chart as an excuse ... read more
July 2025 update: Had a breast image and it was super uncomfortable. You have to lay flat down on the table however, there was a very hard piece of plastic hiting my breast plate ... I wasnt able to breath in to get enough air... it was a 30 min exam and I could barely last 25 minutes, struggling most of the time. I literally was not getting in enough air to breath. Asked to be taken out. The technician was not my favorite... no ear plugs, just poorly working and placed ear phones that were useless with the noisy machine. I'... read more

My surgeon from Hopkins requested a copy of an xray that was taken at Beebe Hospital along with the report. I called and explained what I needed, and they said they could provide it on the same day. When I arrived, it was ready and waiting. I wish I could remember her name, but she even shared it electronically with my surgeon. Great service!
