I called in early February to make an appointment. They sent a form to fill out which I returned February 12th. Today, March 18th, I called because I hadn't heard back yet. It seems the form is placed in a pile and it can take 4-6 months for someone to look at it and contact me to finally make an appointment. Then you have to wait another 4-6 months to actually have your procedure done. God forbid you have a serious problem and have to wait that long to even schedule an appointment!! I guess I'll be going some place else.
