I need to share this very personal information so you won't suffer as I did. So here goes. The surgeon that performed my (R) Breast Mastectomy was MATTHEW RICHARDS, MD. A few days following the surgery my chest was inflamed and I had a painscale of 10+. A family member was with me and was witness to what happened next. He stated, and I quote " you should not be in that much pain, I'll just keep you on the same antibiotic you are on". Everyone I met at this office were exceptional, professional, and very nice. Dr. Karen Barbosa was outstanding! She was very kind and explained things in a way to both inform and to comfort me. She's also a hoot! Medical scheduler & receptionist Shadow went above and beyond and was very caring and responsive. Very pleased with the overall experience at this office. At a time where I was quite worried & concerned, the kindness of all the medical professionals at this office has made me feel relieved and cared for. Thank you!
