these people are so rude. I wish I got the name of the guy dealing with my mom's car. said he was trying to be nice & had the worst sarcasm ever totally unacceptable. would never go back I really hope this gets thru to someone & it's a sign to go to the other shop you just called before checking these reviews. wowowowww
