We hired Bee's Windows for two concurrent jobs this year. The first job was to replace a sliding patio door with a homeguard french door. The installers found a slight Ding and fixed it. They converted the 3 season room to a sunroom. They did a fantastic job constructing the sunroom. The room will b a bright addition to the house. They use real wood and great sunrise restoration windows.
I am giving them a one star because they don't allow 0 stars. I ordered a window to be installed in my basement that required them cutting into the concrete. We agreed on the window and the price. They send out someone to remeasure and verify the information. The person said that to dig the window they needed to have me move the gas line and the AC unit. I then proceeded to get the gas company and a separate furnace company to move the gas into the house and move the AC unit, they both said that there was no need to move eit... read more
We just purchased our home in November 2011. Since we knew that we wanted great siding, gutters, new windows and a new patio door for our rec room, I contacted Bee Windows based off of their commercials and the foam-backed siding they advertised. I am NOT sorry I did! From start to finish, the Bee Windows team was amazing. Bill, the lead siding installer, not only installed the siding the way he would want his house done, but if he didn't like how something was looking, he would take it down and start again. bought a house with bee windows that were having problems. they want to charge hundreds of dollars to transfer the warranty, trip charges and labor for windows that are not that great and have problems.
