Had severe tooth ache, and loved ones asked me to go to urgent care. Bee Well was the closest to my job, and I am glad for that. Uninsured, I paid $135 to be seen and prescribed my requested antibiotics. The staff were very patient as I stressed out rearranging cash to be able to pay the fee. I was seen quickly, respectfully, and compassionately. In addition to my prescription, my doctor gave me a recommendation for a local dental surgeon that they use. I highly suggest this location due to this service.
My family and I have been going to Bee Well for over a year now. They were recommended to us by another parent when we couldn’t get to our PCP and the kiddos’ pediatrician. Sara and her team are a huge blessing and she cares so much for her patients. The only hiccup I’ve ever experience was 3 weeks ago when I went in for an awful sinus infection and she wasn’t there so 2 practitioners that were working that day were great but I feel like I wasn’t heard. Went in because my ear was hurting. Was seen for a total of two minutes and prescribed ear drops. Two days later my ear was worse than before. I called and was told I had to come in and pay another copay to receive antibiotics when they didn't even fix the problem the first time.
