The receptionist is the first person you meet and sets the tone for the whole thing really ... yalls black haired lady up front is one of the nastiest people I've met as far as attitude! Just repulsing !! As soon as I walked in she had a stank look and greets you with a "HAVE YOU BEEN HERE BEFORE" kinda sad especially for her age and also embarrassing on this facilities half !! Stay far away from these people. See a REAL doctor if you need care. These providers are nurses and assistants, not real physicians and can’t provide accurate medical advice beyond what they can search up on the web. They will take your money and refer you to a real doctor if there is something wrong beyond a common cold or sunburn. They shouldn’t be allowed to practice the very limited services the state will allow, for the time being…..
This was a very clean and happy place to be seen. Sara took out stitches for me and she did a great job. I had a lot too to deal with, so I appreciated her TLC. Very knowledgeable on many medical fronts too. I'd visit the office if I lived in her town. Excellent care!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! THE LADY'S HERE WERE LAZY AND RUDE. I'VE TAKEN MY CHILD THERE SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE OF THE CONVENIENCE AND THEY NEVER PRESCRIBE ANY KIND OF MEDICINE OR GIVE IT ANY KIND OF VALID REASON WHY YOUR CHILD IS SICK. ALSO THEY DID NOT PROPERLY PROCESS MY INSURANCE PAYMENTS AND INSTEAD OF CALLING THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO GET THEM TO RUN IT AGAIN THEY JUST TURN ME OVER TO COLLECTIONS AND I HAD PEOPLE TRYING TO SERVE ME WITH PAPERS OVER A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS THAT I DO NOT EVEN OWE!
