I came to see Liat when I got a wake up call at the Doctors office that said my blood work came back, and I was diabetic! I began seeing Liat 10 months ago. My original goal was simply “weight loss”…but not only have I lost 15 pounds, I have GAINED understanding and knowledge about healthy eating, reducing sugars, and being the healthiest I can be!! Liat is a trainer, an educator, a supporter, an encourager, a listener and someone I will continue to work with as I work toward becoming my healthiest self!

You always hear, the older you are the harder it is to lose weight. I believed that to be true, as I was unable to lose the weight I wanted. I was also experiencing issues with bloating, extreme and almost every day. Since I started working with Liat, I have lost almost 15 pounds and am close to my goal weight. I also no longer have the bloating I did before. She taught me how to eat right, and got me back to my bikini body!!! Thank you LIat, I am so glad I found you!!

My doctor diagnosed me with hypothyroidism and wanted me to start on a thyroid medication for a TSH level of 4.4 (normal range is 0.40 – 4.5).
