AVOID THIS CLINIC - Bee Well Family Healthcare and Patricia G. Smith engaged in what appears to be intentional insurance fraud over multiple visits. The Problem: Despite providing insurance information (Anthem BC/BS) in July 2024, the clinic repeatedly failed to file insurance claims and charged me full self-pay rates instead. When questioned, I was told “insurance doesn’t pay 100%” - but they weren’t filing claims at all.
