After making the initial review and it was time to use the wood burner, the service and communication went downhill fast when there was an issue with the wood burner not communicating with our forced air system. When I called for assistance the reply was "what do you want me to do?" On subsequent calls Josh was very rude, raised his voice and told me "he did not have time to go to speak with the men who installed it as they were in the field working, that he was busy, had 12 different things coming at him, and that he did no... read more
