My mom and her husband are an elderly couple and needed a new AC unit. My mom paid for the service by check and credit card. Due to some confusion my mom was charged a second time for the full price of the system on her credit card. This company has been contacted about the situation and they refuse to do anything about it or respond to our phone calls. I would not trust this company with any repair service.
