The carpet cleaning company (BEE SO CLEAN) we've used for 12 or so years never showed up yesterday or even had the courtesy to call leaving us with our apartment upside down, so we rented a machine from Home Depot and did it ourselves for half the cost. I generously tipped them each and every time and this is the thanks we get? Thanks for the inconvenience. I guess it's time to find another carpet cleaning company.
