I’ve been a member for over 15 years! Love the shopping for my business!
Nasty attitude no customer care don’t shop here
Terrible customer service, workers are very very rude. Almost as if I was being judged as a black girl in there shopping. Not to make it about race but they definitely helped the other Asians that were coming in before me, not stopping them. I almost got kicked out 4 different times and I HAVE A MEMBERSHIP. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
I called to see about product information and the lady asked “if i was a member” i then said “no” the lady then said “well i can’t tell you anything” and immediately hung up the phone before i could say anything else. She had a very nasty attitude and i wouldn’t shop here if i were you
I would give them zero star rating for the rudeness of the staff and more over the the way they treat their customers I wouldn’t come here ever again. No prices labeled appropriately on all items They think they are the only one in the market to sell beauty salon stuff
