Great customer service and follow up by staff very friendly and knowledge about questions I had.
My initial experience was a rocky start for sure, but the new staff was tremendous at fixing communication gaps. My only recommendation is being aware of the specific lock required for thier unit. You can't get away with any lock but a cylinder one so they'll sell you one, but if you want to buy one prior you might save a few dollars.
