Don’t use this storage!! They won’t tell you it’s rat infested. As soon as you walk in “BAM” rat urine and poop smell everywhere in the storage (they make sure the office doesn’t smell) . The insurance will not cover the damages from the rats or rodents (They made sure to not include that). The 3rd floor has the worst infestation (not much from the 1st or 2rd). The staff is great. But this place is infested with rats and mice. It smells like urine everywhere in rat droppings galore. So many people stuff has been damage here. Because of the Rats/Mice. I wish we would get updated on what's going on.
Kind and helpfull staff. Every person I spoke with was exemplary. Thank y'all for your work.
