Mike is a pleasure to work with and would recommend this facility 100%.
Transparency lacking. Have to actually read mutuple pages before learning about monthly insurance charge. Did not learn of administrative fee early enough either. Will not review favorably.
Facility and staff are great, but after having my unit for 2 months was told by email that I was going to get a 30% increase. so I was forced to down size my unit so the cost was not crazy! Will wait and see what happens at the end of the new year but if they go up 30% every year I will take my stuff somewhere else.
