Facility and staff are great, but after having my unit for 2 months was told by email that I was going to get a 30% increase. so I was forced to down size my unit so the cost was not crazy! Will wait and see what happens at the end of the new year but if they go up 30% every year I will take my stuff somewhere else.
Booking everything online was so easy and convenient. The website is very user friendly and the 3D pictures of what to expect with each unit was very helpful. I actually ended up choosing a unit one size larger because of it and it saved it. The unit I selected was the perfect size. The directions were very clear and the welcome kit in my unit was a perfect touch.

Bee Safe Storage has been a great experience from start to finish. The customer service is outstanding—everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making the process easy. The facility is very clean and well maintained, and I always felt safe and comfortable being there, even when I was alone. I also used their box truck when moving out, which was incredibly helpful. Reply to owner at the end --- I strongly advise against using this storage company due to what I consider deceptive billing practices. Like the other reviewer stated, your "month" of storage does not start on your move-in day. It starts on the day you book. I booked on the 1st for a move-in on the 7th, and my "month" still ended on the 1st of the next month. This means I paid for a full 30-31 days but was only allowed to use the unit for 24 days.
