We made a reservation for a storage unit 6 days in advance. Since we are responsible people we paid for it on the spot. For some reason it changed our reservation date to that day on its own, why? Of course there's no one to talk to about this so now we have to rush out and get our things out without preparation. If I could five 0 stars, I would.
