I helped my sister move on here and the guy behind the counter, I think it was Phil, helped us and he made sure we were all set with our unit and even showed us how to work the cylinder lock because we never even used one like that before. Good customer service that's for sure. We appreciate you Phil.
This is such a great storage place. They have been so helpful and so informative.
Randy Lynn was very helpful and so accommodating to help me even though it was her lunch hour. When I first called customer service I was very frustrated by their unwillingness to help me. But going to the store and speaking with Randy Lynn renewed my faith in CubeSmart.
