Excellent experience all around. Handled securing the unit remotely, and the team was extremely responsive and helpful in resolving a minor issue. I checked in with Terrence when I arrived on site. He graciously stopped what he was doing in order to take me to the unit and walked me through all the details, including how they use the lock. Would highly recommend this facility.
We were in a jam, the storage space we booked elsewhere fell through but we found Bee Safe and Chelsea T. took excellent care of us. This place is an A+ operation. Clean, modern and secure with a professional staff.
This is the second year we’ve had a storage unit at Bee Safe. Terrence is amazing to work with!
