Rented a space and had a great experience. Pam was especially helpful and provided wonderful customer service.
I had a great experience with this U-Haul location! The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole rental process quick and easy. Everything was explained clearly, and the truck was clean and ready to go when I arrived. I really appreciated the great customer service and would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a U-Haul.
I had a great experience at Bee Safe Storage in Burlington! Tasha was amazing from start to finish. She made getting set up quick and easy, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had exactly what I needed. She was professional, helpful, and genuinely fun to work with. Excellent customer service like hers makes a huge difference. Thank you, Tasha, for doing such a great job and making the entire process enjoyable!
I highly recommend Bee Safe Storage! The facility and storage units are spotless, and there is plenty of room to load & unload. Terrence and Tasha are extremely helpful and accommodating. We were unable to take everything from our large storage unit and requested a smaller one for the remaining few items, which Terrence provided on the spot. Thank you Bee Safe!
Every time I go into the Burlington, NC office to pay for my storage unit, Terrence provides exceptional customer service.
