Very little time spent cleaning under and around nails. No pushing back cuticles. Minimal filing- still had ridges. Tech only spent 20”. Probably most inferior pedicure I’ve had. Also - space cluttered, dirty and unkempt.

First time coming here in a year. Different staff (or owners?) than when I came here before. Issues were cleanliness, customer service, and quality. I had reservations for 10:30 am in a Saturday. Place was completely empty, except the 3 employees. Chair I was offered had a long black hair on the towel that I picked off before sitting down. (if we were their first customers because they opened at 10 and were empty, it makes me wonder how long that towel has been unwashed.) Wasn’t offered a menu of services before starting. I asked for a cat eye gel manicure. The magnet they use for this effect did not work and my nails look more like shimmer. Not at all cat eye. A week later it was chipping. Waste of $55.
