I went in with strong natural hard nails to get a re-do on my French manicure. She used a small drumroll sander to remove my old Shellack polish leaving white streaks in my nail bed & causing hot spots as she went along. After 3 coats of new polish, my nails are still soft & bendable. I should have known better, as other salons normally soak the old polish in a solution before sanding it off. Now I will have several months of regrowth to get my former strong & healthy nails back.😠

Very disappointed today at bee nails. I had to switch gal because mine moved away. The pedi was ok but the mani turned into a disaster!!! She seemed to be having trouble with my nails. I kept telling her that i was not happy with what she was doing. She would put it on then take it off. Clearly having trouble.
